planned to perfection

Jessie Jane makes your event easy

I grew up on the sunny coasts of Queensland, Australia, and moved to Finland in 2012. I love organising and planning — to me, directing an event is like conducting a symphony, bringing together all the details to create a perfect piece of art.

At age 18, I coordinated a Masquerade Ball for 300 people as part of the Abbey Medieval Festival in Australia. Since then, I’ve worked on cultural festivals, fundraisers, gallery openings, conferences, retreats, workshops, special interest events, professional development days, children’s festivals, education tours, promotional events, parties, meetings, and more.

Now, I provide event support in the form of consulting (for larger conferences and festivals) and hands-on production (for smaller and niche events).

My special superpower is keeping and spreading calm — no matter what happens!

Events — of all sizes — can be complex beasts. To pull one off smoothly and successfully requires a delicate balance of big picture and fine detail thinking.

I provide support for all kinds of events by finding and guiding that balance: holding focus; following up ideas; keeping things to schedule; making sure all participants are happy and looked after; and handling a crisis.

I’ve also got the edge that comes with 15+ years of event experience, to consider and prepare for all the "what ifs" that may arise.

Bringing me in to support your event frees up the rest of your team to prioritise their own specialist areas. Let your people focus on what they do best — and I’ll handle the rest!
